The word Femtor occasionally appears in some articles, but there is no accepted word for a female mentee, so let’s stick with the word mentor when referring to a person who is in a mentoring relationship with another, whether is a man or a woman.

Responsibilities of the Mentor and Mentee
Note for the Mentee: A good mentee must be open to any new possibilities, must possess over the necessary characteristics / traits and qualities and be eager to learn to enable them to enjoy the full benefit of the mentoring program.
